…The company prides itself on using real food ingredients sourced as locally as possible. They use Fair Trade and Organic certifications to help ensure they are buying direct from producers and encouraging great business practices.

Within five years of becoming Fair Trade, most small plot farmers will turn to organic certification in order to ensure the economic premium for their output. They educate their children, unlike much of the conventional farming community in emerging economies where school begins only after the workday is done.
